"Thanks to the excellent service that I received on my eight days stay at the Ramada. The staff members delivered a WOW customer service. I would especially like to say thank you to Mario who gives you this personal touch, every hotel need to have a Mario. The front desk staff gave first class service. This hotel is ideally located with close proximity to lots of store for convenient shopping. Transportation whether taxi or the bus is easily accessible. Loved the hotel's shuttle which saved me money. This was my second stay at the Ramada and the service was great I will definitely be returning."

I flew to New York originally to visit family and do some and shopping then decided to go to Florida on the way back to Barbados. We usually stay at the Ramada but it was always because it was centrally located. This time when I made the booking I decided to try and not let the bad attitude of the staff bother me as it was only for one night. Anyway, I came to the hotel directly from the airport around 11:30 am or so and was politely asked to wait while they prepared my room (I was very early for check in). By 12:45 pm the room was ready. Inside my room was very clean and tidy and the a/c was already on. I had signed up for the shuttle to visit Wal-mart (which was not a service they used to provide in the past officially) for 1pm but I was running late. The driver called to find out if I still wanted to go and he offered to wait the extra 5 minutes it would take me to get ready (what? This was new). He took me and from there it only got better. This morning, when I awoke and started to dress for the airport around 6:40 am the phone rang and it was the driver again, asking if I needed help with my bags (what? that was a first. Never have I stayed at the Ramada and gotten that service and I have been going there for 5 years straight). He came up and got my bags and everything and gave me a huge hug (what???? That NEVER happened before) and wished me a safe trip and we had never even had that much convo before. I was wildly impressed. I asked whether management had changed and he said yes. All I can say is change is GOOD. If they keep it up they will continue to wow guests like me who used to hate going but when for the convenience. Now I look forward to my next trip. Thanks Mario (driver) and I can't recall the other driver's name but they were both nice. I am completely wowed!

First you got to understand there's two buildings. The main building has the pool, gym, lounge etc. and it's much bigger so if u want peace n quite ask for third floor n up. The second building has only rooms so it's better' the lobby may smell of smoke but that's expected when most of the rooms are smoke free. the rooms are clean and house-keeping came every morning. lots of parking and a great shopping area.. will stay again
